The mildew smell in the room was intolerable. There were damp towels that made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, construction noise from the pool disrupted my rest during the day.

comfortable stay but needs better service
The King Suite with Pool View offered a stunning view that made my mornings delightful. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my own meals effortlessly, a real plus for a solo guest. The private beach access was a highlight, where I enjoyed quiet moments away from the crowds which enhanced my relaxation.
Staff service could definitely improve, as I found interactions somewhat impersonal.

Having free toiletries and a hairdryer in the private bathroom was super convenient. Close access to the private beach made it all more enjoyable.

I loved the private beach access. it was a perfect spot to unwind away from the crowds. The king suite with pool view had beautiful scenery that made relaxing on the balcony worth it. The kitchenette was decent, equipped with a good blender that made my morning smoothies easy to whip up. However, I faced a few issues during my stay. There were damp towels that were uninviting. I also couldn't shake the mildew smell in the room, which really affected my comfort. While I appreciated their effort to resolve some issues, using trash bags and duct tape on the headboard wasn’t what I expected. Even with these setbacks, the location was overall nice, being further down the Hotel Zone, but I did wish for better service interactions.
